COMPANY POLICIES

A down payment of $149.99 (non-returnable) is essential to hold your charter date. Once you have made a down payment you are agreeing that you have completely read and fully understand the company policies.

Remaining funds must be paid out with cash before the boat leaves the dock. Credit card payments are only accepted up until 48 hours before the departure of the trip, and will not be accepted at the boat ramp the day of.

Cancellations must be made a full 7 days before the booked date. Cancellations after the 7 day time span will not be refunded the down payment.

It is recommended to show up 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled departure time. Your captain will contact you one day prior, with information regarding when and where your trip will depart from.

We are a fair-minded company and will wait up to 1 hour for late attendees. Although, any time spent waiting for late arrivals will be deducted from the allotted time.

If you know you are going to be late please contact us as soon as possible. If we are not contacted within the 1 hour grace period, the trip will be considered a NO CALL NO SHOW.

Clients who NO CALL NO SHOW are not eligible for a refund.

We understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent your attendance at the scheduled departure time. Any incident resulting in an absent arrival will be evaluated using the captains discretion to determine if a refund or reschedule is warranted.

All charters have the potential to be postponed due to impeding weather conditions. However, trips are only cancelled as a last resort due to thunderstorms or extreme wind and waves.

It is recommended to check the forecast before arrival and dress appropriately. If your trip has been canceled due to adverse weather, your date will be moved or your down payment will be returned.

Ace Fishing Charter is a drug free company. All illegal drugs/ substances are prohibited. If any illegal drugs/substances are brought on board our vessels, the trip is subject to immediate termination with no refund.

Littering will also not be tolerated on board our vessels or at the boat ramp. Please help keep Pennsylvania beautiful and free of pollution by discarding trash properly.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated. It is standard to tip 15-20% the cost of the trip. Our captains put in many additional hours before and after your charted trip to rig and maintain equipment to give you the best possible on-the-water experience.
